From a blank slate, we designed the storefront, set up inventory and booking systems, integrated payment processing, and optimized the site for local SEO. Through targeted marketing, streamlined rental workflows, and a frictionless online booking experience, the business quickly grew to $20K in monthly recurring revenue. Rent Instead became a trusted go-to for high-quality party rentals in NYC, culminating in a successful acquisition. Designed and launched Rent Instead from scratch on Shopify, integrating a rental booking app to manage item availability and scheduling. Ran Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive traffic and bookings. Implemented a mobile-friendly design and optimized the user experience for quick reservations.
